The effects of emotional stress on the heart and blood pressure are significantly different than how the heart reacts to stress caused by exercise. (DUH)
I've completed my assessments. It took three days but, it's done.
During childhood, as ambitious as a child could be, I would figure things out now matter how long it took.
for example, my sibling had a concert pianist as a friend. We were impressed by his excellent percussionist artistry ...indeed! (i'm trying too hard, lemme alone)
I wanted to be like him when I grew up. He patted me on my shoulders and told me that by next year I need to learn a classical piece.
So there I went, with my index finger on our bar stool piano *plink a plink*
Drove everyone crazy, but I did it. He was mad because it was his song and I played it publicly.
He shot me.
I forgot how to play. *sad*
Same with windows and other applications. I learned, I went through a traumatic experience, I forget.
So now, I must relearn.
However, the stress that my heart just went through man o man.
Here are my current stresers..
1. I'm homeless
2. I live in a place where everyone is stressed.
3. No sleep.
4. No money
5. Boyfriend stress (not good to have one while getting life together) (he must go)
6. I desperately need a job and have limited time in the shelter.
7. I'm alone in this.
8. I have a brain injury, but i'm clear to relearn
9. Everything that I eat is smothered in gravy
10. I drink soda everyday
I have to prove myself to employers and that is stress.
I have other stressers that I can't discuss, but they are really heart breaking.
Welp! ... off to get a janitorial job
I'm getting ready to loose About 190 pounds worth of dumb people.
