Dear counselor,

The toilet paper has disappeared, Why do you ask?  The surplus van.  The white van with the handwritten sign the says "surplus".  Next time it comes around, there will be a picture.

Too much TP was being used, so now we must cut back.

Too many people occupying a shelter. We must cut back.

It was "kick out day" and favorably, I was not caught up in the rapture.

I'm scared.... but ready.  

Today's salad with mayonnaise dressing was tasty.  it had bacon, and red onions..nice combo. 

Later Strawberry shortcake.  

Getting those fresh veggies in. 

Someone once shared some advise long ago.  

He said that if I really want to eat healthy, eat fruit that peels.  don't eat veggies that come from a box, because vegetables don't come from boxes.

We are working our way to eating well again.  It takes work but its worth the potassium and vitamin C.
