Dear Management,

Why the abusive behavior?

I remember taking a job as a...well lets just say I had files and I had stuff to do with these files.

First day on the new gig and the boss shows me the giant closet where I will be "keeping file".

She sends me in to paper...everywhere.

I say " OH YEAH, NOW WE'RE TALKIN'!!!!!

She said that I sounded like someone I knew. Ahem..sorry,

I go to start trying to figure out what color the carpet is underneath all them papers, then suddenly...
boss comes in, she hollers and screams incoherently...

I have the Charlie Brown moment where I'm startled out of my whits and throw files up in the air..papers land...so did I. I'm scared.

After resettling back to my natural heartbeat; the jokes starts flowing through my mind.

I march to her office to share the joke:  OK ma'am, I know what happened here,
the last file person you had threw everything around after your daily dose of what color does a scared person turn after screaming maniac style at them, they jumped and the papers flew.

She screamed GET OUT, YOU'RE FIRED!!!!

Why are bosses like that??

I've been a boss, and was like that because I had power, and it was done to me and it was my turn to get revenge.

I've been good boss...then something bad happens because of the haters.

What drives people to be who they are?  Is it written in the durn code??
